Tony Edwards, CEO of Stepchange Global, will be presenting the SPE authored paper on change management at the 6th edition of Go Digital Energy conference on the 7th and 8th of June in Amsterdam and online, on behalf of the SPE Digital Energy Technical Section. The paper entitled “Don’t Forget People in your Digital Transformation Programs: Change Management is an Essential Competency” has been co-authored by a highly experienced team based on more than 15 years of digital change experience. The authors believe that change management should be at the heart of any digital transformation program if it is to be a success.
