CEO of Stepchange Global Ltd, Tony has extensive experience in the oil and gas exploration and production industry worldwide. David Harris has had a 40 year career working in the oil industry covering a wide range of roles in both upstream and downstream. His core has been in maintenance but experience with CMMS, Supply Chain, Marine and Tank Farm Operations and as an OIM in the UK Sector enables him to take an holistic approach to Operations Efficiency and Effectiveness and Minimum Staffed Operations.  As a Consultant he has worked for Assets in the UK, Australia, Italy, Angola and Kenya.

Melanie Bladow is a management consultant specializing in technology and business transformation strategy.  She’s passionate about driving change, believes strategy and people skills will differentiate the technology leaders of the future.

Her 20 year global career spans IT and Business Leadership in the UK, Algeria, Moscow, Mumbai, Tripoli and the US.  Melanie has led initiatives for Software Development, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Oilfield Digitization, as well as defining technology and cyber security strategy as BP’s Global Exploration Division CIO. A highlight of her career was leading the team keeping communications with Libya online during the Arab Spring.

Ian is a Chartered Engineer and has significant experience over 40 years in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream O&G operations.  Ian’s engineering discipline is control and instrumentation and he has led significant projects as a Vendor, EPC Lead Engineer and Client, and more recently as Engineering Manager for a Greenfield FPSO Project.  Ian has been engaged in remote monitoring and control of assets for 18 years and was instrumental in technology deployment in the first phase of the Digital Oilfield with several of the majors deploying programs worldwide.  Ian has executive experience as VP EMEA, (Matrikon) and VPGM Advanced Solutions (Honeywell).

An Associate with Stepchange Global Limited, Nick has more than 30 years’ experience in the global oil and gas exploration and production industry.   Nick has designed, project managed and delivered Integrated Operations facilities, along with real-time business workflows and solutions for both operators and service companies, with a strong focus on the drilling and completions discipline.

Steve has worked in the IT and Technology functions of several oil and gas companies over the past 30 years including Shell, BP, Equinor and ENI, most recently as Principal, Technology at Santos. He has extensive international experience; UK, Eire, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Brasil, Libya and Australia.

Steve is also the CEO of PrioriAnalytica a leading consultancy and SaaS provider for advanced Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics solutions to the Energy sector.

Simon Houghton has worked as a culture, organisation and behaviour change consultant for over 20 years, and has specialised in Integrated Operations for the past 12. He has a masters degree in sport psychology, is a qualified executive coach and works with clients across the Oil & Gas industry to develop high performing teams that deliver greater business results through the introduction of new ways of working that Integrated Operations provides. He has worked extensively with Super Majors, Independent Energy Companies, National Oil Operators and Service Companies, worldwide.

Fred has worked in the oil & gas business for 40 years performing in a wide range of technical and management roles with E&P operators and major service companies operating in Canada, United States and Australia.

Currently he is based in Houston, TX. He is the author and co-author of several SPE papers and has presented at many industry conferences in North America.
