Downstream and LNG

Stepchange Global has been involved in large-scale projects in downstream, often building on projects in upstream, particularly in (for example) developing onshore coal-bed methane (CBM) for delivery to LNG facilities.  The principles of People, Process, Technology and Organisational Change are the same, and downstream projects have similar needs in terms of IOC delivery, remote operations and real-time data and information.  A typical engagement continues on past “first tanker”, ensuring that the new ways of working are successfully sustained throughout the lifecycle.
