Energy Transition
StepChange Global has extensive expertise and experience in remote operations and digitally enabled organisational models, which we are now applying to energy transition asset management throughout the solar, wind and hydrogen value chains – from energy generation to the end user.
We are able to apply lessons learned from extractive industries such as mining and oil and gas to solar, wind, blue and green hydrogen assets, to increase efficiency and reduce cost and other risks. Our projects apply our knowledge to define new organisational and operational models that enable the Energy Transition.
We operate on all five continents, for more information on our global reach please click Here.
Energy Generation
Stepchange Global expertise is applied to the new operational models needed to create “clusters” or “green energy hubs” for power generation and grid supply, that include solar wind and hydrogen, both blue and green, as well as “Source to sink” operations that include carbon capture and storage capabilities for existing facilities.
Energy Consumers
Stepchange Global is working with EV charging station operators, to improve operational efficiency and performance throughout the charging networks. Currently more than 15% of stations are not operating at capacity – we define new operations and maintenance support models based on analytical and predictive strategies to maximise the availability of EV charging networks.
